How do I update the Status of my Property Listing?

Under the Members Menu (only visible to Registered Users) click on the menu item My Listing Account.

Under the Listings tab, locate the Property Listing you wish to update, and click on the text:  Edit located directly under your Property Listing's brief description.

In the edit page, locate the Listing Info box  - second from the top.

There you will see the Status* drop-down-menu. Choose the new status of your property, update any new form fields related to your new updated status (Pending, Sold, or Withdrawn) and click Submit.

NOTE: If you've sold your property, in addition to updating the status to Sold,  don't forget to list the sold price in the Price* field directly below the Status field, as well as updating the Sold Date and Sold by form fields, so we can offer Sold Comparables.
