If you used the script correctly to set up the appointment, the buyers will be on your door step ready to view your home.  This is the time to know how to take control of the showing and gain rapport very quickly.

This script is very effective because it enables you to get to know about the needs of the buyer and it highlights an important part in the sales process which is building a relationship with these buyers.  If there are any Patent or Latent defects this would be the time to disclose them.

Following up with the Buyers After They Leave Your Home

Follow up is very important and so easy to do.  Many sellers do not like to do follow up because they feel that they are being too pushy or desperate for a sale. This couldn't be farther from the truth.

Sometimes buyers need to be invited back for a second look because they see so many houses that everything starts to blend into one.
